  • Paul Noble

    CEO

    Paul founded Activu Corporation in 1983 in New York, as the first company to develop video wall technology in the USA. He has been awarded several patents, including one licensed to NASDAQ for MarketSite, an early Activu project which won him and his team a Business Week sponsored Industrial Design Excellence (IDEA) Award. Born in London, Paul attended the London Film School and had an early career in film and television before moving to the United States. Paul has an MBA from Columbia Business School.

  • John Alfieri

    COO

    Responsible for marketing, business development and worldwide sales, John has 30 years of experience helping take companies of varying sizes to the next level – from start-ups to major corporations, managing sales up to $400 million. After starting his career at IBM, John headed up sales for Emulex (acquired by Broadcom), Giganet (acquired by Emulex), Dialogic (acquired by Intel) and was most recently VP sales and marketing for Predata, a data and analytics cloud software start-up. John has a BS in engineering and commerce from Drexel University and has attended executive programs at Northwestern and Wharton.

  • Suzanne Rajsteter

    Director of Compliance

    Suzanne Rajsteter is the Director of Compliance, leading successful efforts to develop and execute legal, compliance, regulatory, and risk solution strategies. A graduate of Capella University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and an MBA in Business Analysis, Suzanne has mastered a thorough knowledge of Federal and State contracting law while simultaneously serving as our EEO Officer.

  • Tom Polivka

    VP of Sales

    Tom Polivka has over 25 years of Sales Management experience in the technology sector.  During that time, Tom has helped his sales teams close hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue with FinServe, Health, Energy, Transportation, and Public Sector companies in the US and abroad. At firms such as Alfresco, EMC and OpenText, Tom built and mentored teams that continuously overachieved and distinguished themselves as top corporate performers. His technology experience spans Video, Capture, WCM, BPM, and AI and he has assisted multiple companies in transitioning from on-premises to cloud processing business models. In approaching sales, Tom draws heavily from Computer and Psychology degrees and remains an avid student of marketing science and motivational theory.

  • Rich Graber

    SVP, Product Development

    Rich brings a unique combination of functional and executive management experience in software, hardware, mechanical, and systems engineering, QA, and manufacturing operations to Activu. Over 20 years in many technology areas, Rich has practiced Agile/Scrum methodology and worked in Cloud-based SAAS, multi-media data, telecommunications, RF communications, location services, and appliance-based software services. He has held titles of CTO, CISO (acting), SVP Engineering, SVP Engineering & Operations at start-up companies (Shelfbucks, Jedai Broadband Networks, ViaGate), mid-sized companies (Network Engines), and Large companies (Mueller Systems, BAE Systems), and helped take Dialogic from a start-up through Intel acquisition. Rich earned his BSEE from Drexel University and continued adding MBA-focused coursework through his career.

  • John Stark

    VP, Product Management

    Drawing on three decades of experience working in command and control visualization, John leads the direction and development of the company’s future visualization, collaboration and mobility solutions for mission critical operations. John has held research and development, and senior product management and marketing positions with Matrox, M3i , Barco, Jupiter and Christie Digital. John holds a degree in neurobiology and computer science from McGill University.

  • Chris Bryczkowski

    CTO

    Chris has led Activu’s software development and driven product innovation for the past 20 years. ­He holds a master’s degree in computer science and engineering from Wroclaw Technical University Institute of Computer Engineering, Control and Robotics.

  • John Desmond

    SVP, Markets & Strategy

    John has led sales and marketing efforts in new software markets for over two decades at Lotus Development (acquired by IBM), Quintus (acquired by Alcatel), SafeNet (acquired by Gemalto), and here at Activu. As SVP of Markets and Strategy, he is helping us bring Activu solutions to new markets, and to new regions of the world. John holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University

  • Justin Gross

    Director of Professional Software Services

    Justin Gross leads the Technical Implementation and Solution Services team, which is responsible for preparing, implementing, servicing and supporting the Activu solution. Justin’s main focuses are on efficiency improvements and building on the already exemplary team that exists today. Justin is a graduate of Montclair State University with a degree in Management Information Systems.

  • Justin Hendricksen

    Director of Engineering

    Justin Hendricksen leads the Project Design & Engineering team, which is responsible for designing mission-critical Activware and visability systems to meet unique customer needs as well as ensuring a successful implementation. Justin is a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Ovi Dascalu

    Software Engineering Manager

    Ovi Dascalu coordinates the development of the vis/ability platform. He has a degree in Computer Science and he holds an MBA from Rutgers University.
