24/7 operation; law enforcement & fire/rescue services across most of Polk County. Processed over 671,000 calls in 2023, with more than 281,000 requiring deputy dispatch. - Real-Time Crime Center (RTCC)
Active investigations and communication with officers & other agencies in the field; advanced technology & analysis.
Challenge
Outdated ECC and RTCC technology required a full replacement. The existing systems lacked the interoperability and modern capabilities needed to support increasingly complex public safety operations.
