This EOC serves as the central hub for coordinating the city’s response to major events—including severe weather, power outages, public safety incidents, and large-scale community gatherings.
Challenge
The existing platform was no longer fully functional and lacked usability.

A full system overhaul, including the implementation of visability.
Result
Visability enables the EOC team to operate with confidence—delivering streamlined control, enhanced “vis/ability,” and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies across the city.
